  •     Tell the representative you would like to order a gift certificate in one of the                          
  •           following amounts above or your amount specified.

  •     We will need to know whom the certificate is for and their cell/telephone number.  The             
  •           cell/telephone number are used only to verify when redeeming the certificate.

  •     You will receive the receipt along with the certificate and envelope to give to the receiver.

  •     Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

  •     PLEASE NOTE:  This is not a gift card!!!   "One Time Use Only"
